Title	DIA-Based Quantitative Proteomic Analysis of HAEC cells
Description	We explored the protective mechanisms of phytochemicals against palmitate induced lipotoxicity using data independent acquisition-based quantitative proteomic. Among the differently expressed proteins in response to palmitate liptoxicity, 93 of them were reversed after apigenin administration and the representative proteins from the proteomics profile were annotated. The results were further applied to give a deeper impression that phytochemicals supplement may serve as an alternative nutritional intervention to protect HAEC cells against endothelial dysfunction.
