| Description | During overwintering,in order to find out the optimum salinity for S. paramamosain during overwintering, we compared and determined protein of metabolic changes of S. paramamosain during overwintering at 4‰ and 25‰ using iTRAQ technology. A total of 1283 proteins were detected including 1041 down-regulated proteins and 242 up-regulated proteins. |
