PXD019625 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAubert et al_Surfaceome analysis of IEC-6 cells expressing KRAS G12V or an empty vector
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 12 raw MS files, acquired on a Q Exactive Plus mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Leo Aubert et al. titled: Copper bioavailability is a KRAS-specific vulnerability in colorectal cancer. The manuscript shows the impact of KRAS G12V on the cell surface of intestinal cells. Cells were biotinylated using two approaches: cell surface biotinylation (CSB) and cell surface capture (CSC). LC-MS/MS analysis was performed on biological triplicates.
