PXD019245

PXD019245 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSmall molecule inhibitor of NEDD4
DescriptionWT and A53T alpha-synculein-expressing SH-SY5Y cells were treated with sham (DMSO), NAB2 or NAB17 followed by enrichment with TUBE agarose. Eluents were reduced and alkylated and digested with trypsin using an S-trap. Lyophilized peptides were analyzed by LC-MS/MS followed by label-free quantification as described in the attached methods.
