Title	Global lysine crotonylation profiling of mouse liver (label-free quantitative proteomic data)
Description	Crotonylation (Cr) is a novel post-translational modification with the potential to regulate multiple biological processes. To improve the crotonylation dataset for further study, we performed label-free LC-MS/MS with mouse liver samples to obtain an in vivo crotonylome. In this study, 11,408 crotonylated peptides were identified and 10,034 ones were quantified.
