PXD018161

PXD018161 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePlasma and crude membrane fraction from mouse liver and kidney
DescriptionThe purpose of the present study was to validate the enrichment of transporter proteins in plasma membrane fraction prepared from mouse liver and kidney with Membrane Protein Extraction Kit by means of beads homogenize for efficient subcellular fractionation. The crude and plasma membrane fractions were prepared either with Dounce or beads homogenizers, and protein levels were determined by quantitative proteomics.
