Title	Comprehensive mouse heart spectral library for SWATH-MS
Description	We provide a comprehensive Mouse spectral library, specific to heart. It includes LC-ms runs of tissue samples derived from wild type adult animals, as well as fetus, two mutants and hearts after induced myocardial infarction. Samples were analysed as either plain lysate, or extensively fractionated, using in-gel fractionation and off-line alkaline reversed phase chromatography.
