Dataset Summary
TitleJMJD6 roles in the DNA damage response - BioID data
DescriptionThis submission contains the mass spectrometry files for the manuscript by Jeremie Fages et al. that describes the functional characterization of JMJD6 roles in the DNA damage response. BioID experiments were performed from HEK293 cells and MS files were acquired on Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometer. Please refer to the individual Tables 1 for additional details of submitted files.
