PXD017476 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleQuantitative phosphoproteomics for nocodazole treated cells measured by Lumos DIA
DescriptionPhosphoproteomic DIA-MS quantitative dataset for nocodazole treated cells (or “PhosDIA” in short). The MS samples injected in a previous publication for developing the IPF, an algorithm for identifying post-translationally modified peptides, were herein re-measured by a new, powerful Orbitrap Lumos DIA platform for this study (as a case study for developing NAguideR).
