PXD017135 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic and metabonomic analyses to reveal the underlying molecular mechanism of phenolic acids accumulation in leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza under UV-B radiation
DescriptionSalvianolic acid is the secondary metabolic products of Salvia miltiorrhiza, and its biosynthesis is induced and regulated by all kinds of abiotic factors. Our results showed that content of salvianolic acid including caftaric acid, salvianolic acid B, roamarinic acid, and salvianolic acid H was increased more than 50 times by UV-B radiation in leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Further proteomic analysis identified 436 significantly proteins which are contributed to salvianolic acid accumulation under UV-B radiation. Among of them, photosynthesis related proteins were decreased, protein processing and phenolic acids synthesis related confirmed and potential key enzymes including cinnamoyl-CoA reductase, rosmarinic acid synthase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, were increased in UV-B treated danshen
