Title	PRT complex in mouse brain, KO
Description	The protrudin complex was purified with custom protrudin antibody from membrane fraction from wild type and protrudin KO mice brain, separated by SDS-PAGE, and detected by silver staining. Shot gun analysis except for fractions around IgH (~50 kD) and IgL (~25 kD). The peptides in KO were subtracted from those in WT.
