TitleSelection and Efficient Combination Model of Wheat and Maize Water Saving, High Yield and High Quality Varieties
DescriptionHere, in order to study maize drought stress responses at the molecular level, we have employed omics strategy to perform transcriptome and proteome profiling of drought contrasting maize lines at the various stages. We conducted a comparative analysis of different maize varieties at various stages after drought treatment. In addition, we evaluated some physiological responses of these maize lines under drought stress, and the results of this study provide further insights into the drought stress tolerance signatures in maize.
