PXD015530

PXD015530 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleGo_BioID_humancellmap_HEK293_lowSDS_2019
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 68 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files, acquired on Velos Orbitrap Elite mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. All samples are BioID experiments, performed in HEK293 Flp-In T-REx cells from organellar and other subcellular markers using a protocol with low concentrations of SDS for lysis and washes. Sample preparation and mass spectrometric acquisition were performed by Christopher Go. The files are associated with a manuscript by Go et al. that describes generation of a proximity-dependent biotinylation (BioID) map of a human cell. Anne-Claude Gingras should be contacted for questions on this dataset (gingras@lunenfeld.ca).
