PXD014286

PXD014286 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdiopathic epiretinal membrane compared with inner limiting membrane
DescriptionWe compared the proteome of epiretinal membrane of iERM with the proteome of the inner limiting membrane (ILM) of idiopathic macular hole (iMH). Twelve epiretinal membrane samples from iERM were compared with twelve ILM samples obtained from from iMH. Proteomic analysis was conducted with LFQ nLC-MS/MS. Discovery data were searched against the Uniprot Homo sapiens protein database using MaxQuant.
