PXD013717

PXD013717 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCmDnm1, in vitro phosphorylation by CmAUR
DescriptionRecombinant Cyanidioschyzon Dnm1 protein (CmDnm1) was incubated with recombinant Cyanidioschyzon Aurora kinase (CmAUR). Proteins were tryptic digested and the phosphorylated peptides were concentrated with Titansphere Phos -TiO Kit. Finally, the enriched peptides were analyzed by LC-MS.
