PXD013717
PXD013717 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | CmDnm1, in vitro phosphorylation by CmAUR |
Description | Recombinant Cyanidioschyzon Dnm1 protein (CmDnm1) was incubated with recombinant Cyanidioschyzon Aurora kinase (CmAUR). Proteins were tryptic digested and the phosphorylated peptides were concentrated with Titansphere Phos -TiO Kit. Finally, the enriched peptides were analyzed by LC-MS. |
