PXD013385
PXD013385 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Centromere maintenance during DNA replication by retention of centromeric CENP-A coupled to removal of non-centromeric CENP-A |
Description | Mass spectrometry was used to determine the components which associate with CENP-ATAP during replication in late S phase, following affinity purification of CENP-A nucleosomes. CENP-ATAP was immunoprecipitated from the chromatin fraction of randomly cycling cells or late S synchronized cells. Mass spectrometry was performed on Velos Orbitrap. |
