PXD013369

PXD013369 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSystematic Discovery of Deeply Conserved Plant Protein Complexes, Chlamydomonas
DescriptionThe associated files are mass spec data from three fractionation experiments. Two separations (size exclusion and ion exchange chromatography) were done on whole organism native extract from Chlamydomonas reinhardtii strain UTEX90, and one separations (size exclusion) was done on a separate native extract in an attempt to get nuclear extract from a cell-wall-less strain of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii (UTEX 2337). The extract was not particularly enriched for nuclear proteins but was useful in and of itself. Full methods will be published and summaries are below.
