PXD012599

PXD012599 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleThree-pronged 'Pitchfork' strategy enables an extensive description of human membrane proteome and identification of missing proteins
DescriptionIn this study, we combined the transmembrane segment-oriented method hpTC with a solid phase enrichment of glycopeptides (SPEG) and standard 'detergent and trypsin' approach into a three-pronged 'Pitchfork' strategy to maximize membrane proteome coverage. The strategy enabled identification of over 1200 IMPs in human lymphoma cells.
