PXD012566 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleA mass spectrometry guided pre-clinical funnel for the identification of novel vaccine candidates against Helicobacter pylori
DescriptionWe established a generic pipeline for the identification of surface-exposed vaccine candidates in gram-negative bacteria. Using Helicobacter pylori as a model organism, our approach combines design of experiment driven surface shaving with quantitative mass spectrometry to identify 22 highly conserved vaccine candidates, some of which we exemplarily validate.
