PXD012421

PXD012421 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleGonatopoulos_eIF4G1_microexon_BioID
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 7 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files, acquired on a TripleTOF 6600 spectrometer (AB SCIEX, Concord, Ontario, Canada) operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. Cell pellets were generated by Thomas Gonatopoulos with BioID samples prepared and analyzed by Jonathan Roth. These files are associated with a manuscript by Thomas Gonatopoulos-Pournatzis et al that describes the functional role of an autism regulated microexon in eIF4G1 and its role in regulating translation and cognitive function.
