Title	Peptidomic analysis of mackerel skeletal muscle
Description	T. japonicus were decapitated immediately after being taken out of the water (control) or after air exposure for 1, 5, or 10 min. Free peptides were corrected with 5,000 MWCO filter from their dorsal skeletal muscle. The fractions of free peptides were submitted to shotgun analysis and SWATH acquisition.
