PXD011776 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic analysis of Serratia marcescens (ATCC13880)
DescriptionSerratia marcescens (S. marcescens), a gram negative bacillus, facultative anaerobic bacterium belonging to the genus Serratia under family Enterobacteriaceae. S. marcescens was revealed to be a pathogen capable of causing a full spectrum of clinical disease, from urinary tract infections to pneumonia. S. marcescens is now an accepted clinical pathogen, and multi antibiotic resistant isolates are prevalent. S. marcescens are primarily nosocomial in origin, it has hospital associated outbreaks occurred in intensive care units, surgery units, medical wards and neonatal units. S. marcescens ATCC 13880 is the type strain of the species and a commonly used quality control strain. The study provides the global proteome of S. marcescens ATCC 13880.
