PXD011636

PXD011636 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleLongitudinal proteomic analysis of influenza HA-reactive IgG antibody repertoire over multiple years and repeated vaccinations
DescriptionLongitudinal proteomic analysis of H1N1 A/California/7/2009 (CA09) hemagglutinin (HA)-reactive serum IgG antibody repertoire over 5 years and multiple (yearly) vaccinations (both pre- and post-vaccination samples) in a donor. Dataset consists of steady-state (pre-vaccination at day 0) and peak-response (2-3 weeks post-vaccination) serum IgG samples enriched by affinity chromatography against hemagglutinin protein from H1 A/California/7/2009.
