Description13 authentic honeys (H01-13) were analyzed. Each sample cleaned using gel filtration technique was analyzed in 3 replicates (a, b, c) using the label-free proteomic approach by employing nanoliquid chromatography (nLC) coupled with the Orbitrap FusionTM Tribrid TM mass spectrometer (MS/MS).
