Description | To validate the DIA proteomic data functionally, we evaluated whether proliferation rate of lung-derived MSC were affected by increased CYP1B1 expression, a protein known to have anti-proliferative properties. Therefore, we assessed the CYP1B1 levels in lung-derived MSC with or without the stimulator Benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) using selected reaction monitoring (SRM) MS. |
