PXD011030
PXD011030 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Cytosolic proteome of Staphylococcus aureus HG001 post internalization in bronchial epithelial cells - human dataset |
Description | The data set consists of 32 cytosolic samples of human bronchial epithelial cells that were collected during infection with S. aureus. The data include 8 (0h, 1h, 2.5 h, 6.5 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h post infection) time points that were collected out of four biological replicates. DIA data and the established human cell line specific spectral library are provided. |
