PXD010766

PXD010766 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDelayed effect of early-life exposure to 17-alpha-ethinylestradiol on brain proteome of adult mangrove rivulus fish
DescriptionLC-MS/MS data obtained from brains of 17 adult mangrove rivulus exposed to different doses of 17-alpha-ethinylestradiol during early development. All fish acclimations, treatments, experimental design, and data anlyses were performed in Frederic Silvestre's laboratory at the University of Namur, Belgium by Anne-Sophie Voisin. LC-MS/MS runs were done in Dietmar Kultz's laboratory at UC Davis.
