PXD010543

PXD010543 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic profiling of sclerosis hippocampus revealed dysregulated packaging of vesicular neurotransmitters in temporal lobe epilepsy
DescriptionProteomics and bioinformatic analyses of hippocampus were performed. High-resolution liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), in combination with TMT-6plex quantification, was applied for global protein expression analysis. The proteomics results were validated by Western blot analysis.
