Title	methodology
Description	The sample condition is important factor in urine proteomics for biomarker discovery with stability and high accuracy. However, it hasn’t been defined that the general method of urine protein preparation for mass spectrometry analysis. In this study, we proposed the workflow for optimal sample preparation based on methanol/chlroform precipitation and trypsin digestion in urine proteomics.
