Title	Quantitative analysis of SHBG glycosylation in liver diseases by LC/MS-PRM
Description	To explore the association of SHBG glycoforms with liver disease of different etiologies, SHBG was enriched by immunoaffinity approach from sera of patients and healthy controls. The enriched SHBG was digested by trypsin alone or with the combination of Neuraminidase A. Quantitative analysis of SHBG glycosylation microheterogeneity were performed by LC/MS-PRM method.
