Title	Native Peptides (Mouse Hippocampus) v1
Description	We homogenized frozen sections of hippocampus in tube containing a homogenizing solution including protease inhibitor. After homogenizing the sample using a disruption pestle and subsequently sonicating it with a high-energy, seal-type sonicator, peptides were extracted from 4.55 mg of hippocampus, and about 1/50 of the sample was analyzed once with LC-MS/MS.
