PXD009953

PXD009953 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleBiomechanical and proteomic characterization of scaffold-free non-hypertrophic cartilage made of human adipose stem cell spheroids
DescriptionObjective: We attempted to obtain a non-hypertrophic cartilage using ASC spheroids. In this study, several techniques were used to identify potential biomarkers of our in vitro model of chondrogenesis, supporting a phenotype of non-hypertrophic cartilage in induced ASC spheroids.
