PXD009940
PXD009940 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Identification of novel lysine acetyl-transferases (KATs) in E. coli |
Description | Putative KATs were overexpressed and compared to vector controls (VC). Acetylated peptides were enriched from GluC or trypsin digestion of isolated proteomes, and acetylation sites were quantified using PIQED (Meyer, JG, et al., Nature Methods, 2017). Protein levels were also quantified to ensure that regulated sites were not due to changes in total proteins. |
