Title	RC3H1 (Roquin1) and RC3H2 (Roquin2) interactome
Description	The Roquin family of proteins consisting of Roquin1 (RC3H1) and Roquin2 (RC3H1) promotes mRNA decay of transcripts containing a constitutive-decay element in their 3 UTR. We compared the interactome of Roquin1 to that of Roquin2. FLAG-Roquin1 or FLAG-Roquin2 complexes were immunopurified and the tryptic digestion was analyzed by mass spectrometry
