TitleLFQ of DMXAA-treated Raw264.7 secretome
DescriptionRaw264.7 cells were cultured in serum-free DMEM containing DMSO or DMXAA for 4 h, and the conditioned medium were collected. The precipitated proteins were directly digested with trypsin. Three biological replicates of the samples were individually prepared and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Label-free quantification was performed using Proteome Discoverer 2.2 Software.
