DescriptionRootstock grafting can improve the cold tolerance of watermelon. However, the molecular mechanism underling this process remains unknown. Here, an isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantification based proteomic technique was employed to identify the differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) between pumpkin rootstock-grafted (RG) and self-grafted (SG) watermelon seedlings under cold stress.
