PXD007864

PXD007864 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAP-MS analysis of CobB interactions in E. coli
DescriptionSirtuins are an essential family of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD)-dependent enzymes, conserved from bacteria to humans. Here we study the bacterial sirtuin CobB in E. coli. To demonstrate its highly conserved enzymatic activities and substrates, we used proteomics to define CobB protein interactions in E. coli.
