PXD006383

PXD006383 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleHuman colon aspirate proteins analyzed by LC-MSMS
DescriptionColonic aspirates were collected at diagnostic colonoscopy from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and control, treatment-naive children. The colonic mucosal-luminal interface (MLI) proteomes were analyzed for 18 control and 42 IBD patients by liquid-chromatography mass spectrometry.
