TitleHuman Renal Tubular Anti-Brush Border Antigen (ABBA) Discovery
DescriptionDiscovery of target antigen resulting in autoimmune form of renal interstitial nephritis using a brush border biotinylation, affinity purification of target antigen using patient sera, and characterization of biotinylated species in the immunopurified complex. Results were confirmed by IF of patient biopsies and IB using recombinant target antigen.
