PXD006174

PXD006174 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleQuantitative proteomic analysis of deciduous molars in miniature pig (second repetition)
DescriptionBy combining isobaric tandem mass tag (TMT) labeling with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) technology, we constructed protein regulated profiles of deciduous molar germ at embryonic days 40 and 50 ,60 in miniature pig.
