Description	This project contributes to define the proteome dynamics of Frankia coriariae, a nitrogen-fixing bacterium, in presence of three host plants. Frankia coriariae was treated with root exudates from compatible (Coriaria myrtifolia), incompatible (Alnus glutinosa) and non-actinorhizal (Cucumis melo) host plants.
