PXD005900

PXD005900 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePhosphoprotoemics analysis of FAO cells stimulated with insulin
DescriptionFAO cells, rat hepatoma cells, were stimulated with 1 nM insulin and collected at seven time points for ~60 minutes. Ion metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) was performed to enrich the phosphopeptides. As we used two sets of 4-plex iTRAQ to quantify the peptides from seven samples, we set the internal control to calibrate two sets of phosphoproteomics data
