PXD005310 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleThe diurnal liver acetylome is regulated by circadian and feeding rhythms-orchestrated deacetylation - nuclear mouse liver extract
DescriptionAcetylation of lysine is involved in various biological processes and is considered as a key reversible post-translational modification (PTM) in the regulation of gene expression, enzyme activity, protein-protein interaction, and subcellular localization. This PTM is therefore highly relevant in the context of circadian biology but its characterization at the genome wide scale and its clock-dependent or -independent regulation is still poorly characterized. Here we used in vivo stable isotope labeling by amino acids (SILAC) coupled with an enrichment of acetylated-lysine-containing peptides to provide a comprehensive and rhythmic acetylome map of the liver nucleus.
