Title	Spermatophylax of Poecilimon ampliatus
Description	Nuptial gifts of P. ampliatus were divided into ampullae and spermatophylax. Both were separated by high-resolution 2-DE with a gel size of 23 cm x 30 cm and stained with FireSilver. 16 spots of the spermatophylax were excised, trypsin digested and analyzed by LC-FTICR.
