PXD004939 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleA comprehensive proteomic survey of ABA-induced protein phosphorylation in rice (Oryza sativa L.)
DescriptionIn this study, we focused on the profiling of rice young seedling phosphosites, phosphopeptides and phosphorylation intensity dynamics in response to ABA by employing a label-free, MS-based phosphoproteomic approach, and aimed to reveal the biological significance of protein phosphorylation in ABA signaling from the phosphoproteomic data.
