| Description | Absolute quantification of three COP9 complex subunits. SLPs were custom synthesized, subjected to AAA and spiked into IPed samples, prior to digestion. Once digested, the samples were analyzed in SRM mode and the relative abundance of the subunits, within the samples, were calculated. |
