PXD003421 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleLeach_YDJ1_APMS
DescriptionThis submission contains the mass spectrometry files for the manuscript by Michelle Leach et al. that describes the detailed characterization of YDJ1 in the yeast Candida albicans. Affinity purifications were performed in duplicate from 3xFLAG-YDJ1 C. albicans with and without 30 minutes heat shock treatment at 42C. See the README file within "Methods and Protocols" and the accompanying File description for complete details.
