Description	Synaptosomes were isolated by Percoll gradient centrigation and iTRAQ based nanoLC-MS/MS proteomics. Three synapse fractions were studied from three kind of experimental rat groups namely, stressed with anhedonia, stress resilient and unstressed controls.
