Title	Label-free quantification of sentinel proteins, phosphopeptides and degradation products
Description	YKL103C (APE1) was quantified from the raw files containing "ape1" in the filename. RPS6 (RAS[167]S[167]LKA) in the osmo-stress, rapamycin, AA/N starvation and stationary phase experiments was quantified in the raw files containing "rps6..." in the filename because the window for scheduling was wrong in the original analysis of all sentinels. The same applies for quantification of CKI1 (RHS[167]LTR) and YAK1 (RAS[167]LNSK) in the heat shock experiment. The quantification for these phosphopeptides is also from the raw file containing "cki1_yak1..." in the filename.
