Title	Combined personal saliva proteome and microbioproteome
Description	Human saliva samples from a 36 year old male were analyzed with tandem mass spectrometry over 3 time points in 2011. The MS/MS runs from a Thermo LTQ Velos were searched against a target-decoy database containing forward and reversed sequences of an oral microbiome library, a human proteome library and a contamination library.The original spectra files and forward searches using 3 different search engine algorithms, X! Tandem, k-score and OMSSA are publicly available at https://www.proteomecluster.com/ (public username as guest@proteomecluster.com, password as guest2012).
